# Why does Sound Kit suggest certain sounds?

> Suggestions are read from the name of the layer you have selected in Figma. A layer called "Delete button" gets destructive sounds, "Success toast" gets confirmations.

> **Tip:** Clear layer names give better suggestions. "Primary CTA / pressed" tells Sound Kit far more than "Frame 214".

> **Note:** Nothing is guessed from the audio here — it is a plain keyword read of the layer name, so you can always predict what it will offer.

## Steps

1. Select a layer on the Figma canvas.
2. Open the Create tab and load a sound in Edit, then look at Suggestions in the panel on the right.
3. Or open the Canvas tab, select a scanned node, and open Quick swap in the details sidebar.
4. Click a suggestion to hear it in place of the current sound.
5. Keep the one that fits, or ignore the strip entirely and pick your own.
