# How do I share our sound rules with the team?

> Tokens → Export → Style Guide builds a document out of your naming, tokens, themes, loudness standards, platform choices, and known issues. Copy it or download it.

> **Tip:** Generate it again after a big change. It is built from your current tokens and settings, so it never drifts out of date on its own.

## Steps

1. Open the Tokens tab and go to Export.
2. Pick Style Guide.
3. Choose the format — Markdown, HTML, or JSON.
4. Read the preview: naming conventions, your tokens and themes, loudness standards, platform guidance, interaction patterns, and open issues.
5. Copy it, or download it to share with the team.
