# How do I quickly change the sound on a node?

> Select the node in the Canvas tab and open Quick swap in the details sidebar. It offers sounds that match what the layer’s name says it does, and swaps in one click.

> **Tip:** For a considered swap with an A/B and a spectrum comparison, use Replace Sound instead. Quick swap is for moving fast.

## Steps

1. Open the Canvas tab and scan your pages.
2. Click a node in the list to select it.
3. Open Quick swap in the details sidebar on the right.
4. Sound Kit reads the layer name to work out what the sound is for and ranks candidates against it.
5. Click a candidate to swap it onto the node.
