# How do I find animations that have no sound?

> The Motion tab includes a page-wide audit. It lists the animated layers on the page and shows which of them still have no sound attached.

> **Tip:** Not every animation needs sound. Use the audit as a checklist to decide deliberately, rather than as a list of errors.

## Steps

1. Open the Motion tab.
2. Scroll to the motion audit section.
3. Review the animated layers found on the page.
4. Click through to a layer that is missing sound.
5. Add a sound for it, then come back to the audit to see the list shrink.
