# Consistency report

> Three sounds for one job, and the volume drifting

The consistency report checks your file for the three failures that make a sound system feel accidental: the same role using different sounds, screens missing a sound their siblings have, and loudness drifting from screen to screen. Each finding comes with a one-click fix.

## What it gives you

- **Duplicate roles** — Flags where "success" is three different clips and offers to unify them.
- **Missing sounds** — Finds the screen in a flow that never got its sound.
- **Loudness drift** — Reports the spread against your target and normalises the outliers in place.

## How to use it

1. Scan the file in the Canvas tab first.
2. Open the Consistency Report.
3. Work through the findings — each explains what is wrong and why.
4. Apply the one-click fix, or use Match tone to correct without replacing.
