# Accessibility check

_Edit & polish · Sound Kit for Figma · Sound Kit Pro_

> Catch sounds that are startling, harsh or fatiguing

A sound that is fine once is not necessarily fine forty times a day. The accessibility check flags clips that spike too fast, sit too bright, or are simply too loud for a sound a user will hear constantly — the ones most likely to get your audio muted permanently.

## What it gives you

- **Startle detection** — Flags sharp attacks and level jumps that read as alarming rather than informative.
- **Harshness scoring** — Identifies clips with too much energy in the frequencies that fatigue fastest.
- **Actionable** — Every flag comes with the fix — soften the attack, cut the band, lower the target.

## How to use it

1. Open a sound in Create → Edit.
2. Run the accessibility check.
3. Read each flag and apply the suggested fix.
4. Re-run the check to confirm it now passes.
