# Path morph (A→B)

_Transitions & navigation · Figma Motion Path example_

One object rides a trajectory that blends from a wave into an arc — a shape-tween of the motion path itself. It's a ready-made recipe you can tweak and apply in a click — every option below writes real, editable Figma Motion keyframes.

## How to create it in Figma

1. **Add example to canvas** builds the whole wired scene ready-made — the fastest way to see it.
2. To animate your own layers, set the morph target (path B) in the **Morph** section, select your layers, then Apply.
3. Tweak the variables — the **preview updates live**. Use the reset icon to restore defaults.
4. Click **Apply to selection** to write the animation, or **Add example to canvas** to drop a ready-made demo.

## Tips

- **Add example to canvas** builds every layer wired up, so you can play it immediately.
- Set a second vector as the **morph target** (path B), or just Add to canvas to see the A→B blend ready-made.
